Congregation Tikkun v’Or (Ithaca Reform Temple) will hold its annual summertime “Shabbat in the Park” on Friday, August 19, at 5:30 pm, at the Large Pavilion in Stewart Park, Gibbs Dr., Ithaca. Playtime for children will start at 5:30 pm, followed by a short service led by Rabbi Shifrah Tobacman, dinner and music provided by the synagogue’s TvO musicians. Everyone is invited to attend. “Greet old friends, meet new friends, learn more about the community,” said organizers of the event. “Due to COVID ,we will not be sharing food, so please bring your own dinner, drinks, plates and cutlery.”
