Chabad of Binghamton, with co-sponsorship from the Jewish Federation of Greater Binghamton, announced its next Tea and Talk programs will be held Thursdays, January 5 and 19, from 11 am-noon, in Chabad’s atrium lounge. “Tea and Talk” is a bi-monthly hour-long gathering for local Jewish seniors who are looking for “a meaningful conversation.”
